Traveling with littles can be an absolute joy! And, a terrific bonding time.
We spent a good deal of time in our car. There were no electronics, no tv's...just us. We listened to the original Odyssey programs and talked. The kids learned so much from those programs. Not just them, I learned alone with them. We laughed and cried together. It gave us discussion points and opened communication.
Thirty years later I still travel with Odyssey CD's in my car. My "baby" is 21! "Do or Diet" is our favorite episode. It's even downloaded on the kids' phones!
Use all the moments you get. They aren't little for long.
