Don't stress about not being able to buy everything they want.
Yes, choose something special to give them, but find other ways to make Christmas special.
Bake goodies for some neighbors.
Go sing Christmas carols in a nursing home, or to friends.
Play a different board game each night.
Make a simple craft together.
There are so many ways to make Christmas memories that will thrill their hearts...and bring joy to you all.
I'd advise you to sit with your husband and make a plan, include a budget, realistic available time, and a list of activities that the two of you would enjoy. THEN, present the plan to the kids.
Mommy and Daddy MUST be on the same page. Then, have fun!
